3. Refund Processing Rules

After we receive and inspect the returned products to confirm they meet the return conditions, we will start the official refund procedure. The refund will be returned to the original payment account used when placing the order. The entire refund processing cycle follows our unified internal service standard.

4. Special Exclusion Clause

Products damaged artificially by customers, products with missing original packaging and accessories, and products damaged due to improper use by users do not belong to the scope of free return and refund.
